Love is a theatrical show created by Cirque du Soleil in 2006. It combines the re-produced and re-imagined songs of The Beatles with an artistic and athletic stage performance based on a circus. The performance occurred in a theater constructed as part of the Mirage in Las Vegas.
In addition to being the first theatrical production in which Apple Corps Ltd. has collaborated, it was also the first collaborative effort between Cirque and Apple Corps Ltd., which The Beatles own. The film Love was written by Dominic Champagne, who also directed it. Giles Martin, son of George Martin, produced practically all of The Beatles' albums, and George Martin serves as music director.
Producers revamped the production in the months leading up to the show's tenth anniversary in July 2016, adjusting the visuals, costumes, and performances while adding and removing songs. A last performance was scheduled for July 7, 2024, which was Ringo Starr's 84th birthday. Cirque du Soleil announced on April 10, 2024, that the show would end.
