Berlin-based DJ/producer/parent/label owner/operator of 803 Crystal Grooves/Collective Cuts/we_r house/Elevate record shop. Undoubtedly, Cinthie, a Berlin native, has risen to prominence as one of the most admired and respected characters in modern electronic music. Paris, London, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Stockholm, Seoul, Osaka, and her native Berlin are just some places she regularly visits while on the road, where she plays her signature brand of DJ sets.
Cinthie has been a DJ in that city since she was a teenager in the early '90s, and her extensive understanding of House and Techno music is evident in her sets and productions. Cinthie has recently turned inward to contemplate her goals for the future. As a result, she has spent a great deal of time constructing her studio, complete with various iconic vintage drum machines and synths.
Cinthie first gained notoriety alongside Diego Krause, Ed Herbst, and stevn.aint.leavn as part of the Beste Modus / Beste Freunde collaborative, all while simultaneously managing the primary labels Unison Wax and We_R House. Recent releases on her 803 Crystalgrooves label have been well received.
