Brantley Gilbert Information
Brantley Keith Gilbert (January 20, 1985) is a US-based country rock singer, songwriter, and record producer born in Jefferson, Georgia. Average Joe's Entertainment, run by Colt Ford, was his first record company. He released Halfway to Heaven and Modern Day Prodigal Son under that label.
Warner Chappell Publishing signed Brantley Gilbert after he moved to Nashville to pursue a career as a composer. He persisted in giving concerts at nearby locations. His first studio album, A Modern Day Prodigal Son, was published in 2009 by the independent label Average Joe's Entertainment. It was 2010's Halfway to Heaven that came next.
"Hard Days" was Gilbert's first single, released in June 2020. A subsequent deluxe version of Fire & Brimstone featured the song. Upcoming singles, "The Worst Country Song of All Time" (featuring Hardy and Toby Keith) and "Gone But Not Forgotten" (a promotional track) were released by Gilbert in 2021. The previous release was in June of that year. Gilbert and Jason Aldean's "Rolex® on a Redneck" was released as a promotional single in March 2022.
Featuring Blake Shelton and Vince Gill, "Heaven by Then" was revealed as the second official single from Gilbert's sixth studio album, So Help Me God, released on November 10, 2022. He and Cory Marks were the opening acts for Five Finger Death Punch's headline tour in the US in late 2022.
Gilbert and fellow country musician Josh Ross served as the opening act for Nickelback's "Get Rollin' Tour" in North America, during the summer of 2023.
