Big Gigantic is a musical duo from Boulder, Colorado, playing instrumental electronic hip-hop and jazz. The band's extensive festival resume includes appearances at major events, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Ultra, Hangout, Austin City Limits, Governors Ball, Electric Forest, Outside Lands, and Bonnaroo.
Big Gigantic event, Rowdytown, at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, has been selling out every September since 2012. This event has done massive concerts worldwide, from Europe and South America to India and Japan.
Big Gigantic 2016 album Brighter Future featured guest appearances from a wide variety of musicians, including Waka Flocka Flame, Logic, GRiZ, Cherub, Jennifer Hartswick, Rozes, Angela McCluskey, and Natalie Cressman, to name a few. The album entered the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums list at position no. 2. The event's Free Your Mind album was released on February 28, 2020; a 26-show tour began in March.
