Apashe Information
John de Buck (May 9, 1992) is a Belgian music producer who currently lives in Montreal, professionally known by his stage name, Apashe. He credits his music career to his sister as he downloaded composition software on their family computer. He received all his education in engineering, postproduction, and sound, although he pursued his career as a musician later. In 2005, Apashe started his career, but the actual beginning of his career took place in 2008 when he did breakcore.
Apashe was the first artist who signed for the Kannibalen Records label in 2011. In January 2012, he released his debut EP entitled, Contamination. His releases have been featured in several commercials for notable franchises, including Fast & Furious, Samsung, NBA, Netflix, and Marvel. Some of his productions have been used to design the sound that runs in the background of video games such as Watch Dogs, Far Cry, and Assasin’s Creed.
In 2016, Apashe released his debut album entitled Chapter Boy. He released his second album in 2020 entitled, rebirth. His notable singles are “Work,” “Lord & Master,” “Kannibalen,” “Uebok,” “Time Warp,” “Majesty,” “Dies Irae feat. Black Prez”, “No Twerk VIP,” and “Good News.”
