All That Remains Information
All That Remains is a heavy metal band. The current lineup of the group consists of Jason Richardson (lead guitar), Jason Costa (drums), Mike Martin (rhythm guitar), Matt Deis (bass), and Philip Labonte (lead vocals). Behind Silence and Solitude was the band's first album, released on Prosthetic Records on March 26, 2002. While they've been making melodic metalcore music since 2006, this album features more melodic death metal influences. Furthermore, this was the only album with founding members Chris Bartlett and Dan Egan.
This Darkened Heart, their second album, came out on Prosthetic Records on March 23, 2004. With Adam Dutkiewicz, guitarist for Killswitch Engage, at the helm of production, the album was a marked improvement sonically over its forerunner. Singles for "This Darkened Heart," "Tattered on My Sleeve," and "The Deepest Gray" was taken from the album. Each of these three songs has an accompanying music video. The current guitarist, Mike Martin, hasn't played on an album before This Darkened Heart. All That Remains has made a name for itself in the new American heavy metal school.
