A State of Trance Information
As of its debut broadcast in June 2001, A State of Trance (also known as ASOT) was hosted by Armin van Buuren and co-produced by Ruben de Ronde. This program airs every week on Thursday at 20:00 (CET) and 14:00 (GMT) (EST). In January 2021, ASOT had over 40 million listeners through its broadcasts on more than 150 stations in 84 countries.
Radio stations worldwide (including My 95.9 in Honolulu, Europa FM in Barcelona, Radio Record in Russia, and Sirius XM channel Diplo's Revolution) rebroadcast the entire two-hour ASOT Livestream. Despite this, several of its radio stations' formats split the show into two 58-minute pieces to provide time for local advertising and station branding; these stations include Pulzar FM in New Zealand, Melbourne's 88.7 Kiss FM, and Delta 90.3 in Argentina.
