The theater was constructed in the year 2011 with a seating capacity of around 450 people and 900 in standing room. In the second phase of the construction, seating capacity of 400 people was added to the upper level.
The concert hall hosts numerous events annually that includes lectures, movies, world-class musician acts, and a wide variety of other events. International touring artists also visit and perform in the arena.
