It is a small-sized music venue having a capacity of approximately 933 people. The concert hall opened for the general public on September 22, 1977. It underwent renovation in the year 2010, which included the relocation of the bar and refrigerators, providing a big stage, and making the venue spacious for live acts. The theatre is a famous place for the nightlife of the city. Earlier, the concert hall was under the ownership of The Don Law Company, but currently, the Paradise Rock Club is owned by Crossroads Presents.
