It is under the ownership of Live Nation Entertainment. The foundation room, located on the fourth floor, is an exclusive club for entertainment at the venue. The four-story building is comprised of three distinctive environments, including a rocking restaurant, a VIP lounge, a bar featuring traditional and contemporary Southern art along with a spectacular multi-story music hall.
