It later closed on May 29, 2016, following the local Ska and Punk Bands and then reopened on February 28, 2017. The very first House of Blues opened by the founder Issac Tigrett at Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1992. Currently, it is owned and operated by Live Nation Entertainment.
