Some of the notable associates are Conservative Friends, Friends General Conference, Beanite, Evangelical Friends Church International, Central Yearly Meeting of Friends, Britain Yearly Meeting, and Friends United Meeting. The founder of Friends Church is George Fox. The denomination originated in the Mid-17th century in England.
