Tony DeSantis founded this group of theatres, and the playhouses were named after the historic Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Drury Lane Oakbrook Terrace opened for the public in 1984 at Kingery Highway, Illinois Route 38 (Roosevelt Road), and Butterfield Road in Oakbrook Terrace. The venue presents a season of five shows on an annual basis.
