Robin Tran Information
At the outset of her existence, Robin Tran passed for a man and went by the name Robert Tran. She revealed her gender transition in 2015 and has used the stage name Robin ever since. Robin, who makes her home in Orange County, has been on stages, including the Improv, the Comedy Store, and the Largo throughout Southern California.
It was in 2018 that she made her Roast Battle debut on Comedy Central. Don't Look at Me, her debut hour-long comedy show, premiered on Hulu in August 2018 and will be available on Spotify and iTunes in 2021. In addition, she contributed to Netflix's Historical Roasts as a writer. She made an appearance at the 2019 Clusterfest Comedy Festival on Comedy Central.
Robin has a B.A. in English from the University of California, Irvine, and has worked in the theater industry for many years.
