Michael Blackson (November 28, 1972) is a Ghanaian-American comedian and actor. He has been performing as an active artist since 1989. His career went to the next level when Blackson released a comedy sketch CD entitled “Modasucka: Welcome to America.” He has appeared on several television shows throughout his career. In 2005, he appeared on the hit television series on HBO named “30 Rock, P. Diddy Presents The Bad Boys of Comedy.”
Michael Blackson made another appearance on Comedy Central for Chappelle’s Show, was sighted on “Martin Lawrence Presents: 1st Amendment Stand-up” of Starz and “Shaquille O’Neal Presents All-Star Comedy Jam” of Showtime. Blackson has also appeared in the official music video of “Wakonda” by Akon in 2019.
Michael Blackson made his film debut in 2000 when he starred as an angry customer in the film entitled “Next Friday.” Since his first film, he has appeared in several hit films thus far such as Repos (2006), The Last Stand (2006), The Savages (2007), Internet Dating (2008), One Night in Vegas (2013), Tooken (2015), Meet the Blacks (2016), Sliders (2018), Easy Money (2018), The Stuff (2018), Nobody’s Fool (2018), I Got The Hook Up 2 (2019), and Coming 2 America (2020).
