Ken Jeong Information
Kendrick Kang-Joh Jeong (July 13, 1969) is a stand-up comedian, former physician, and an actor from America. He completed his residency in internal medicine from the Ochsner Medical Center (New Orleans). Jeong is a licensed physician in California, but he no longer practices medicine due to his acting career.
Ken Jeong is famous for his role as Ben Chang on the sitcom Community along with Leslie Chow (drug lord) in The Hangover film series. He was also the writer, creator, and executive producer enjoying a lead in “Dr.Ken” (an ABC sitcom). Currently, Jeong is sighted as a panelist in The Masked Singer show, which is a singing competition show. In 1995, he won the Big Easy Laff-Off.
In the early days of his career, Jeong performed regularly at the Laugh Factory comedy clubs and The Improv. The stand-up comedy performed by Jeong led to many TV appearances such as; HBO's Entourage, NBC's The Office, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. His film debut was Judd Apatow's Knocked Up in which he performed as Dr. Kuni.
Jeong also appeared in Pineapple Express; Role Models, The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard, The Hangover (part I, II, and III), Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Girls Behaving Badly, Significant Others, WWE Raw (as a host), Sullivan & Son, What Just Happened??! with Fred Savage, and a few more. He was also sighted in Pain & Gain (2013) by Michael Bay. His very first comedy special was released on Netflix in 2019 as “You Complete Me, Ho.”
Some of the music videos done by Jeong are Boombox, Waste It On Me, I Like How It Feels, What's It Gonna Be?, and La La (Visual). He won the Visionary Award by East West Players, the Best WTF Moment, MTV Movie Award for Best Villain (Hangover), as well as hosted the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas (2011).
