WWE Bad Blood Information
WWE Bad Blood is a pro wrestling event produced by WWE, a Connecticut-based organization. First staged in October 1997, it was the 18th In Your House pay-per-view (PPV) event while the company was still known as the World Wrestling Federation (WWF).
The Hell in a Cell about, fought as the major event match for the first three events in 1997, 2003, and 2004, is credited with starting the Bad Blood series. The 2003 and 2004 Bad Blood events were reserved especially for Raw brand division wrestlers in line with the initial brand expansion.
WWE announced in March 2017 that Bad Blood would be revived on July 9, 2017, at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. However, these preparations were canceled in favor of an event called Great Balls of Fire. Twenty years after the previous Bad Blood event, WWE announced that Bad Blood will return in October 2024, the 27th anniversary of the original Bad Blood event at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
