Salt Lake City Summer League Information
During the summer, the Utah Jazz host the Salt Lake City Summer League, an NBA tournament. Four clubs participate in the league, and each plays six games. The event is presented by the University of Utah Health, Western Governors University, and the Utah Sports Commission. Vivint Arena in Utah, home of the NBA club Jazz, also hosts the annual community event.
Two Jazz teams, two each from the San Antonio Spurs and the Memphis Grizzlies, will make up the league. Each club will play two games in a day for a total of three contests. All the first-round picks from the 2021 NBA Draft play in the Salt Lake City Summer League. The majority of these young players are making their NBA debut, so this is a fantastic opportunity for them to gain game experience.
