Rocky Mountain Vibes Information
The Rocky Mountain Vibes are an independent baseball team from the Pioneer League, an MLB Partner League. They play their home games at UCHealth Park in Colorado Springs, Colorado. According to President David G. Elmore's announcement on June 21, 2017, a number of Elmore Sports Group teams will be relocating. 2019, the Helena Brewers Rookie Pioneer League team is scheduled to relocate to Colorado Springs.
Due to a reduction in Minor League Baseball in 2021, the Pioneer League—of which the Vibes have been a part since 2019—was transformed from an MLB-affiliated Rookie Advanced league into an independent baseball league and authorized as an MLB Partner League. They had previously spent 2019 and 2020 as an affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.
After signing an arrangement that allowed Rocky Mountain to host and develop several young prospects in Monclova's organization, the Acereros de Monclova of the Mexican League and the Vibes played together as an unofficial farm club for the 2021 season. The collaboration with Monclova was later extended for the 2022 season, and it was reaffirmed.
