NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Information
As far as NASCAR is concerned, the only series that races stock cars based on production pickup trucks is the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, which is run by NASCAR and controlled by the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR). Positioned between the NASCAR Cup Series at the top and the NASCAR Xfinity Series at the bottom, this national series is one of three that make NASCAR.
Stanley Black & Decker owned the naming rights to the series for the first time in the 2023 season. The NASCAR SuperTruck Series was formerly known as the Craftsman Truck Series, and Sears, Roebuck & Co. was the title sponsor from 1995 to 2008 under the Craftsman brand.
The Camping World Truck Series was sponsored by Camping World from 2009 to 2018. In 2019, it was called the Gander Outdoors Truck Series. In 2020, it was called the Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series. In 2021 and 2022, Camping World returned to its original moniker. In 2017, Stanley Black & Decker bought off the Craftsman brand. Starting in 2023, they took over.
