Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks Information
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks are a professional baseball club from Fargo, North Dakota. As a Major League Baseball Partner League member, the American Association of Professional Baseball is where the RedHawks call home. Since their 1996 Northern League debut, the RedHawks have called Newman Outdoor Field their home field.
The RedHawks returned to post-.500 form in 2021 with a 61–38 record, making it to the American Association Finals for the first time since league inception in 2011 before falling to the Kansas City Monarchs 3-0. The next season, the RedHawks went 64–36, their best mark in a decade, avenged their loss to Kansas City and defeated the Milwaukee Milkmen 3–2 on a Leobaldo Pina walk-off single.
The RedHawks needed to win the league championship to participate in the first-ever Baseball Champions League Americas in October of 2023. The RedHawks of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, won the event with an 8-0 victory over the Caimanes de Barranquilla of Colombia in the final game.
