Chattanooga Lookouts Information
The Cincinnati Reds' Double-A affiliate in Minor League Baseball is the Chattanooga Lookouts, who play in the Southern League. They got its name from Lookout Mountain, close to their Chattanooga, Tennessee, headquarters. The 6,340-seat AT&T Field first opened to the public in 2000 and is home to the team's home games. Before taking a 1943 year off to play in the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery, Alabama, they played at Engel Stadium from 1930 to 1999.
On September 25, 2018, it was announced that the Lookouts would again be affiliated with the Reds. The Lookouts remained an affiliate of the Reds in Double-A South after being reorganized there in 2021 as part of MLB's reorganization of Minor League Baseball. Following its reformation in 2021, the Double-A South was renamed to the Southern League in 2022. This was the original name of the regional circuit.
Keep an eye on MiLB.TV for every Chattanooga Lookouts game. The Legend (96.1 FM) has been broadcasting all games since 2016. Larry Ward is in charge of the broadcasts. Up until the 2011 season, WDOD (1310 AM) broadcasted Lookouts games. You may listen to the games on WALV-FM (105.1 FM, "ESPN Chattanooga"). They aired from 2011 to 2015. Starting with the 2019 season, WLND 98.1 The Lake broadcasts all Lookouts games.
