The Carolina League's Charleston RiverDogs play in the Minor Leagues. The Charleston Riverdogs play in South Carolina and are the Single-A team for the Tampa Bay Rays organization. Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park is the location of all home games for the RiverDogs. With titles in 2021, 2022, and 2023, Charleston became the first and only team in league history to win three straight titles.
The Charleston RiverDogs became a big part of Minor League Baseball when they teamed up with the New York Yankees in 2005. They play their home games in Charleston, South Carolina, at a ballpark called Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park.
