The CBS Sports Classic is a college basketball tournament for American men held annually since 2014. Each Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio State, and UCLA fields a team. The four teams have completed a double-header on the same day each year, with each team playing once per year. CBS Sports airs both games every year in the United States.

Three extra years of the CBS Sports Classic were approved on December 13, 2016. The CBS Sports Classic was extended till 2022 on April 27, 2020. July 21, 2022, marked the renewal of the CBS Sports Classic for 2022-2026. Since UCLA will be joining the Big Ten after the 2023-24 season, it is still being determined how their rivalry will develop with Ohio State.
