Stray Kids Information
Stray Kids became a big name in K-pop in 2018 when they released their first EP, I Am NOT. JYP Entertainment formed the group through a TV survival show in 2017. Fans loved their strong beats, high energy, and honest lyrics from the start. Their sound mixes hip-hop, EDM, and pop, and they write many songs. One of their biggest early hits was “District 9,” which helped them stand out. Since then, Stray Kids has become one of the most popular K-pop groups worldwide.
Over the years, Stray Kids kept building their success with more albums like Clé 1: MIROH in 2019 and GO LIVE in 2020. Songs like “God’s Menu,” “Back Door,” and “Thunderous” became fan favorites. The group is known for its powerful performances and cool stage presence. They’ve played big shows in Korea and worldwide, including in the U.S. and Europe.
The band has eight members, and most of their music is created by the producing team 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han). Stray Kids has also won many awards, including Artist of the Year at the 2023 MAMA Awards.
In 2024, Stray Kids stayed very busy. They released their new album (5-STAR) in June 2023, still topping charts into 2024. They started their world tour, the 5-STAR Dome Tour, and played huge shows in Tokyo Dome and Kyocera Dome in Japan. They also performed at the 2024 Lollapalooza music festival in Paris.
Fans are excited to see what Stray Kids will do next in 2025, but one thing is clear: they’re not slowing down anytime soon.
