Souldia Information
Souldia is a popular rapper from Quebec City, also known as Kevin Saint-Laurent or even "St-Lo." He was placed in a reception center until Souldia came of age, where he met Infark and Die-On with whom, Souldia founded the group "FaceKché 187" in 1999. He is an icon in the QC rap scene and well-known for making several appearances on various projects with Quebec Hip-Hop artists.
Souldia began his official solo career in November 2008 with the expected release of an album entitled Art Kontrol. Unfortunately, he was arrested just a few weeks before the release of his album for weapon possession. Souldia was imprisoned for 36 months, which was detrimental to the album release and his contract. However, in 2009, his first solo album came out with the help of his entourage.
The first release was followed by another album entitled The Archives: Volume 1, released in 2011. The same year, Souldia released an album with FaceKché 187 entitled "le Visage de l'Ombre," the group's first album. "Double Tranchant" was a joint album he created with his close friend Saye in October 2011.
Some of the other notable releases by Souldia include "Les Origines Du Mal" and "A Tout Érium." Souldia returned to the QC rap scene in November 2013, with a new discography entitled "Le Retour de la Bête." This studio album was the second release by the band FaceKché.
