Oliver Riot Information
The American duo Oliver Riot plays R&B/Soul music. Alexander and Benjamin Moore are the only two band members at the moment. When Ben and Alex Moore were five years old, their family uprooted and relocated to New Mexico from Peru. They began performing Gypsy Jazz in the style of Django Reinhardt in Albuquerque's cafes, bars, breweries, and streets when they were 14.
As soon as they were 16, they began earning their own money through concerts and composing their music, which they used to buy their first automobile, a green Ford Explorer. Two years later, the brothers loaded up that Ford Explorer and headed to Los Angeles to pursue their musical careers. Hallucinate was Oliver Riot's first extended play, released in November 2015. Real Miilk made the entire album in the basement of a Korean church. Alex recorded the album while living in a van he parked outside the church, and the two brothers continued to do so while making their following album.
The Los Angeles-based siblings finally dropped their much-awaited second EP, Neurosis, in December 2016. The Paradigm Talent Agency is Oliver Riot's official representative. After an extended hiatus, the pair returned in October 2019 with a new single titled "Nervous."
