Neon Dreams is a Canadian alt-pop duo. The current lineup of the group consists of Adrian Morris and Frank Kadillac. They create their songs with their longtime producer/songwriter Corey Lerue. Their eclectic influences make it impossible to classify them into a single musical style. Marching Bands, Survive, High School Dropout, Life Without Fantasies, and Little Dance are some of their most popular tracks.
Frank Kadillac (born Jahmal Wellington), DJ/vocalist Corey LeRue, guitarist Matt Gats, and drummer Adrian Morris formed the ensemble in 2015. Corey was a DJ in high school, where he and the other band members met, though each member had come from a more traditional music background. They spent their formative years testing limits and exploring new musical territory. In January 2015, they first gained attention when they remade "Hard In The Paint" by rapper Waka Flocka Flame.
The band's eclectic sound represents this by fusing electronic dance music (EDM) with live instrumental and vocal performances. Their original brand of alternative pop draws from various genres, including rock, folk, EDM, hip-hop, and reggae. At the age of 16, they started acting together in school plays. Both band members play numerous instruments during their high-energy performances, which have earned them a strong reputation.
