Nathan Pacheco Information
Nathan Armand Pacheco is a tenor singer and songwriter from Virginia, having a Brazilian origin. He plays classical genres and piano along with the guitar. Pacheco graduated from Oakton High School and later Brigham Young University. He followed his endless love of culture and various languages by continuing his education abroad in Europe and South America. Pacheco spent over two years in Brazil and eventually traveled while performing some of Brazil's cultural music and classical music. He speaks and composes music in Portuguese, Italian, English, and Spanish.
Pacheco started his career by providing lyrics to some of Yanni's most famous works, including "Almost a Whisper," "Enchantment," "Adagio," "Tribute," and "In The Mirror." He gained national attention as the featured performer in two PBS television specials. He joined Yanni and his orchestra as a featured performer for a 100 concert tour throughout Latin America, the U.S, and Canada. Pacheco has also performed on the national broadcast of Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade.
The first album by Pacheco as a solo artist was Nathan Pacheco, released in 2012. It was followed by O Holy Night, Higher, Nathan Pacheco II, Nathan East, and My Prayer. He also did the operatic bridge for the hit song "Let's Talk About Me" from The Muppets in 2011. Pacheco performed at the Chicago's Magnificent Mile Lights Festival Parade, the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Parade, at the British Embassy in Washington D.C.
