Luis J. Gomez is a New York-based comedian, writer, podcaster, and producer. He is well known as one of the hosts of the famous Legion of Skanks podcast. “Last Comic Standing” on NBC, “Roast Battle” on Comedy Central, “Comedy Knockout” on TruTV, and two seasons of NBC Seeso’s “What’s Your F@% king Deal?!,” and others have featured him on television.
For two years, Gomez co-hosted “The Countdown” on Sirius XM channel 93 with former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping. They transformed the show into a podcast called “Believe You Me” in 2017, which debuted at number one on iTunes Sports. He can be seen regularly on Bennington, Jim Norton and Sam Roberts, The Bonfire, and UFC Unfiltered. After performing at the famous Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, Time Out NY awarded Gomez a “Breakout Performer.”
Gomez co-founded the GaS Digital Podcast Network with Ralph Sutton, a dear friend and fellow podcaster, in 2016. On the network, he hosts three podcasts (Legion of Skanks, Believe You Me, and Real Ass Podcast). He co-founded the comedy festival Skankfest NYC the same year, which has sold out three years in a row and developed a cult-like following among comedy lovers all over the world.
