LIV Golf Information
LIV Golf is a recently established golf league, which began in 2022. It was established to provide an alternative option to players other than the PGA Tour. The league features high cash prizes, small tournaments, and a fun team format. Other well-known players such as Phil Mickelson and Brooks Koepka signed up, making the league even more popular.
The games organized by LIV Golf are shorter than usual events, as there are only 54 holes (rather than 72). No cuts, all players play the whole weekend. It is differentiated from other golf tours as team play is involved, and the players are a team. The events are fast and thrilling, which the fans adore.
In 2025, LIV Golf continues to expand. The league is hosting 14 tournaments around the world, U.S., Mexico, and Spain, among others. Cities such as Miami, Chicago, and New York are lined up with big events. The coming year promises to be more fun-filled and faster-paced, with greater prizes and thrilling moments throughout.
