Ezequiel Peña (December 3, 1968) is a Mexican singer of regional Mexican music. He is best known for his Norteno, Tecnobanda, Banda, and Mariachi musical styles. His life changed dramatically when he emigrated to the United States at 20. He recorded his first demo in 1990 and became the titular vocalist of Banda Vallarta Show for three years before going solo. He's known as the Mariachi King and the King of the Band.
Pena has 16 records under his belt, including the first demo and three albums with Vallarta Show, the most recent of which is titled 'El de Nayarit,' from which the first song, 'Beso a beso,' composed by Abelardo Flores, emerges.
The songs That girl vacillates me and Provocame, which he made famous while still in the head of the Banda Vallarta Show, are perhaps the successes for which the public continues to remember and idolize him. Pena had the horse since he was nine years old, and when it died, Pena called for appreciation for his Equine, which he considered a family member and a constant partner in his live performances.
