Emilio Rojas is an American rapper from Rochester, New York, who left his family at ten years old and moved to Venezuela. Rojas credits his father for developing his interest in music. Rojas made a name for himself as Raks One on myspace and began taking music much more seriously, dropping out of school to pursue a career in hip hop.
Emilio Rojas made his first breakthrough and began touring overseas with the group Phocus in 2004. The next year, he went to New York City and started rapping at open-mic nights in Brooklyn. By 2007, he again was on tour internationally in Europe and Venezuela.
In 2008, Emilio Rojas began working with mainstream producer DJ Green Lantern. As a solo artist, Rojas released the following discographies; 2006: A Breath of Fresh Air, 2009: DJ Green Lantern Presents...The Natural, 2009: Recession Proof, 2012: Breaking Point, 2013: No Shame No Regrets, 2014: ZeroFucksGiven, 2015: L.I.F.E. EP, 2018: One Week Notice, 2018: Life Got In The Way, and 2018: Omen. As a guest artist, Rojas has appeared in "One More Time" (Flight #2012), "Wrong Impression" (Song About HER), "Wonkavator" (Popular Culture), and "Dark Side" (Bars on Me).
