Dan Soder Information
Daniel E. Soder (June 24, 1983) is an American radio personality, standup comedian, and actor. He was born in Hartford, Connecticut and raised in Aurora, Colorado. While studying at the University of Arizona, he began performing as a stand-up comedian. In 2005, Soder graduated from the University of Arizona and received degrees in political science and journalism. To pursue his career further, Soder moved to New York City a year after graduating.
Soder has appeared on plenty of Comedy Central’s shows, including Conan, The Anthony Cumia Show, Opie and Anthony, and The Half Hour, Guy Court, and Guy Code of the MTV2, Garbage Time with Katie Nolan and You Know What Dude! Podcast of Fox Sports 1. He has been a frequent guest on the Opie with Jim Norton when Anthony Cumia was fired. He released his first-hour long Comedy Central special entitled “Not Special” on May 21, 2016.
Soder has also appeared as a guest star in multiple episodes of Inside Amy Schumer that began in 2014. Schumer also featured him in his film “Trainwreck” in 2015. Soder appeared as a special guest on the “Wrestling Soup” that was the popular wrestling podcast on March 19, 2016. Some of the notable films in which he has worked so far as an actor or comedian include It Had to Be You (2015), Night Train with Wyatt Cenac (2016), Billions (2016), The Standups (2017), Drunk Parents (2019), and Robot Chicken (2019).
