Vibraphonist, pianist, composer, and arranger Christian Tamburr has performed and toured in more than 67 countries worldwide. He won the "Outstanding Solo Jazz Performance" award from Downbeat Magazine and was named "Critics Choice Top Rising Star" five times for his vibraphone playing. Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, The Newport Jazz Festival, and other venues in Asia, Europe, and the UAE are frequent stops for his highly lauded Christian Tamburr Quintet.
"Between the Lines" at the Palazzo Hotel, "Clint Holmes Rendezvous" at the Golden Nugget Hotel, "Modern Warrior Live" (2018 Off-Broadway), and "Soundtrack" at the Westgate Las Vegas (2018) were among the many headline production shows that Christian has opened around the world in his roles as a creative development consultant and musical director/arranger.
Clint Holmes, who was nominated for a Grammy in 2018, Soundtrack On Tour, and The Modern Warrior, all have him on staff as their musical director, pianist, and arranger. Christian not only performs live but also travels the world as the chief executive officer and principal facilitator of Sonic Leadership LLC, where he gives keynote speeches and workshops on leadership and team building infused with music.
