Odyssey Dance Theatre was founded in 1994, and it is under the direction of Derryl Yeager, a former Ballet West Principal and Film, Broadway, and television veteran. The dance company is known to be loaded with passionate charm, world-class bravado, and choreographic invention. All these qualities are well combined with classical virtues of ballet along with the raw energy of hip-hop, the freedom of modern dance, the fluid partnering of the ballroom, the syncopated rhythms of tap, and the spirit of Broadway and Vaudeville.
