The ballet technique used by Pamela Hayes Classical Ballet is based on that of the Royal Academy of Dance. A fusion of English, Italian, French, Bournonville (Danish), and Imperial (Russian) techniques gave birth to this style around 1920. This style of ballet instruction is now extensively used and highly regarded as England's classical ballet method. Former artistic director of The Royal Ballet Monica Mason praised Pamela Hayes Classical Ballet Theatre for their exceptional precision in executing the style.
