Tyler Farr Information
Tyler Lynn Farr (born February 5, 1984) is one of the top American country music singers and songwriters. He is from Garden City, Missouri. Currently, Farr is signed to BNA Records. He attended Missouri State University with a degree in voice. In his early career, Farr co-wrote songs like “She's Just Like That" for Joe Nichols and "Hey Y'all" for Cole Swindell.
"Hot Mess" was the debut single by Farr, which was co-written with Rhett Akins. "Hello Goodbye" was the second single by him, which was followed by "Redneck Crazy" and "Whiskey in My Water." All of these four singles were merged to create a debut album, which was released on September 30, 2013. This first album by Farr was followed by "A Guy Walks Into a Bar" which was released in mid-2014, Suffer in Peace (April 28, 2015), "Withdrawals" (June 15, 2015), "Better in Boots" (August 17, 2015), "Our Town" (2016), and the list goes on.
Farr is also a well-trained opera singer. He took classical lessons and used to sing tenor in Missouri's All-State Choir while he was in his senior year of high school. According to him, his love for country music was born when his mother married George Jones' touring guitarist.
Farr also appeared in a film named Ridiculousness in 2016. His few hit music videos are; "Redneck Crazy," "Withdrawals," "Love By The Moon," "Hello Goodbye," and a few more. In total, about eight singles have been charted on the Billboard Hot Country Songs along with Country Airplay charts.
