Triston Marez began playing guitar when he was only six. His very first live performance was when he was only in first grade with a Buck Owens song in a talent show. For many years, Marez worked as a ranch hand and rode bulls just as a hobby to support his music career.
That Was All Me was the debut EP by Triston Marez that shows his rich vocals narrating tales of long nights, new love, former flames, and relatable honesty. The title track was followed by “Where rivers are red, Cowboys are blue.” Others included in the EP are “Dizzy” and “Reservation for Two,” another track by Marez that is about a romantic night in the outdoors.
