Towrs Information
Since 2009, when Kyle and Gretta Miller first performed together, they have been a musical duo. They became friends as fellow communications majors at Northern Arizona University. The two met in a religious organization called Young Life, where they shared their passion for music and their strong spiritual convictions. Among the numerous things that motivate the pair to create music together is their shared religious belief.
To create indie-funk music, the pair enlisted the help of their closest friends and family members, who they now refer to as Tow'rs. The band's sound draws from various musical genres, including indie, alternative, folk, funk, and rock. Soon after, the couple's friends and fellow Christians, Kory Miller, Emma Crislip, and Kyle Keller, joined them onstage.
Kyle's older brother Kory has been pounding away on the drums for the better part of his life. They are accompanied by the bass playing of Kyle and the cello of Emma Crislip.
