Teenage Bottlerocket Information
Teenage Bottlerocket is an American pop-punk and punk rock band. The current lineup of the group consists of Darren Chewka (drums and backing vocals), Miguel Chen (bass), Kody Templeman (guitar and vocals), and Ray Carlisle (vocals and guitar). The band was formed in 2000 in Laramie, Wyoming. It was originally formed by twin brothers Brandon and Ray Carlisle. Teenage Bottlerocket is heavily influenced by other bands, including The Lillingtons and other punk rock acts such as Misfits, The Bouncing Souls, Green Day, Screeching Weasel, and Ramones.
In 2002, Teenage Bottlerocked released its debut EP entitled A-Bomb. The group was signed to Fat Wreck Chords on February 10, 2009. On October 31, 2003, the band released its debut full-length studio album entitled, Another Way. They released a few more extended plays, including Mutilate Me (April 12, 2011) and American Deutsch Bag (November 26, 2013). The band’s first music video was filmed on December 28, 2007.
Other studio albums by Teenage Bottlerocket include Total (April 12, 2005), Warning Device (January 8, 2008), They Came from the Shadows (September 15, 2009), Freak Out! (July 3, 2012), Tales from Wyoming (March 31, 2015), Stealing the Covers (2017), Stay Rad! (March 15, 2019), and Sick Sesh (2021).
Teenage Bottlerocket has released several music videos as well, including the video for “Skate or Die,” “Bigger Than Kiss,” “She’s Not The One,” “Cruising for Chicks,” “Haunted House,” “Dead Saturday,” “Everything to Me,” and “I Wanna Be a Dog.”
