William Harness (May 31, 1980), who is professionally known as Struggle Jennings, is an American country rapper from Nashville, Tennessee. He started his rapping career in 2013 when he appeared the first time on the mixtape by Yelawolf entitled “Wyte Dawg.” He also released his nine-track album entitled “I Am Struggle.” He has been associated with some popular record labels, including Massbaum, Slumerican, and Angels & Outlaws.
Struggle collaborated with rapper JellyRoll on the Waylon & Willie’s albums trilogy. At the end of 2018, Struggle, along with Eddy Jennings, released an EP entitled Spiritual Warfare. He also collaborated with his daughter Brianna Harness and released another EP entitled Sunny Days. The album peaked at number 3 on the Billboard Blue Albums.
A month later, Struggle released a solo studio album under the label Angels & Outlaws. The album was entitled “The Widow’s Son.” This album also included a few guest appearances such as Yelawolf, Julie Roberts, Jeremy Penick, and Bubba Sparxxx. Jennings released Angels & Outlaws on November 15, 2019. The album included 11 tracks by himself. He featured his oldest daughter and Brianna Harness as well as the guitarist Trap DeVille on the album. The album peaked at number 8 on iTunes Alternative charts.
A few of his other notable studio albums include Waylon & Willie II (April 23, 2018) and Waylon Willie III (November 16, 2018).
