Stephen Bodzin (August 4, 1969) is a German label owner and DJ techno-producer. He was born in the German city of Bremen. Stephan Bodzin is also a live performer. He is a musically trained musician who primarily produces electronic music projects. Bodzin's debut album Liebe Ist was published on the Herzblut label in May 2007. The first successful platform for Bodzin's music was composing music for European theatre.
Bodzin has collaborated with producers Oliver Huntemann and Marc Romboy. Depeche Mode, Booka Shade, and The Knife have all had tracks remixed by him. Get Physical, Datapunk, Gigolo, Systematic, and Giant Wheel are some of Bodzin's record labels. He considers himself to be a "melody man." Stephan Bodzin's music has been nicknamed the "Bremen sound" by DJ Hell. In 2006, Bodzin founded his record label, "HERZBLUT."
Bodzin's productions were released by a who's who of progressive dance music labels in 2005 and 2006, including Spiel-Zeug Schallplatten, Confused, Dance Electric, International Deejay Gigolo, Systematic, Giant Wheel, and a few others.
