Sean Hayes Information
Sean Patrick Hayes (June 26, 1970) is an American actor, comedian, and producer. He received six Golden Globe nominations and a Primetime Emmy Award for his role as Jack McFarland on the NBC comedy Will & Grace. He also received four SAG Awards and one American Comedy Award. He is also the CEO of Hazy Mills Productions, responsible for productions including Grimm, Hot in Cleveland, The Soul Man, and Hollywood Game Night.
On June 13, 2010, CBS broadcasted the 64th annual Tony Awards, which Hayes hosted. In 2010, he appeared in Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, once again as Mr. Tinkles, the villainous white Persian cat. During an episode of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on November 15, 2010, he parodied a public service announcement calling for the end of Don't Ask, Don't Tell. In the movie, The Three Stooges, he played Larry Fine (2012). He has been a co-host of the comedy podcast SmartLess since its inception in July 2020. Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss, Cats & Dogs, Pieces of April, The Cat in the Hat, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!, The Bucket List and The Three Stooges are just a few of the films in which he appeared.
His Broadway credits include An Act of God and Promises, Promises, for which he was nominated for a Tony Award as Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Chuck Baxter. He was recognized as the Primetime Emmy Award winner for Outstanding Special Class Program for hosting the 64th Tony Awards.
