San Holo Information
Sander van Dijck (November 26, 1990) is a DJ, musician, and record producer. He is from the Dutch city of Zoetermeer. Dijck is officially known as San Holo. Because of his remix of Dr. Dre's "The Next Episode," which presently has more than 262 million views on YouTube, he has achieved widespread fame for his work.
He has recorded songs on big labels such as Spinnin' Records, Owsla, Barong Family, and Monstercat. Album 1 and the songs "Still Looking" and "Light" were all published on his label, Bitbird, which he co-founded.
On September 18, 2014, Heroic released Cosmos, Holo's debut EP. The release quickly shot to the top of the iTunes Electronic chart. Released via Bitbird on September 21, 2018, Album 1 by Holo peaked at #7 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums list upon its initial week of release.
Holo was nominated for "New Artist of the Year" at the 2017 Electronic Music Awards. On June 4, 2021, he released BB U OK?, his second studio album.
Holo announced the release of a deluxe edition of BB U OK? on April 7, 2022. The album has thirteen new tracks, one of which is an original composition and remixes by Elohim and Chet Porter, among others.
The "Stay Vibrant Series" was released on the Calm meditation app on May 19, 2022. This series was produced in partnership with Holo. His third studio album, Existential Dance Music, was released on September 15, 2023. It was after Holo revealed on June 2, 2023, about his upcoming mega project.
