Rory D'Lasnow, one of the "32 New Jersey bands and artists you need to hear in 2022," has been called a "golden-voiced troubadour" and picked up his late father's guitar while it was on its side and backward when he was just six years old. Glasgow has performed in prestigious venues and festivals around the country, including New York's Mercury Lounge and Rockwood Music Hall, Los Angeles's Hotel Cafe and The Viper Room, and New Jersey's Atlantic City Beer & Music Festival, despite never learning to play guitar the right way around.
In addition to receiving praise from publications like American Songwriter, Atwood Magazine, and Rolling Stone India, his talent for emotive and heartfelt songwriting has landed him international radio airplay, opening slots for the likes of The Early November, Knuckle Puck, American Idol winner Lee DeWyze, actor/musician Drake Bell, and John Corabi of Mötley Crüe/The Dead Daisies.
New EP "Songs From An Empty Room" by D'Lasnow, produced by Hidden In Plain View guitarist/producer Rob Freeman (Gym Class Heroes and Hit The Lights). It was mastered by Grammy-nominated mastering engineer Mike Kalajian (All Time Low, Circa Survive, Saosin, Straylight Run), is out now, and is supported by a nationwide tour.
