Rock the Park Information
RBC Rock the Park, previously known as Start.ca Rocks the Park and Hawk Rocks the Park, is an annual music festival held at Harris Park in London, Ontario, Canada. Radio station 103.9 The Hawk mostly sponsored classic rock concerts from 2004 to 2008. Three radio stations in 2010—CountryX93, FM96, and 98.1 Free FM—sponsored the three-day event.
Over $2.2 million was raised for Bethany's Hope Foundation for MLD Research throughout the first 12 years of the event. In addition to supporting Western Mustangs Football and Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area, Make-A-Wish Southwestern Ontario, and Children's Health Foundation, Rock the Park has partnered with these organizations since 2016.
In 2019, they partnered with Start.ca and renamed it Start.ca Rocks the Park. In 2023, they underwent another rebranding to represent their collaboration with Royal Bank of Canada: RBC Rock the Park. RBC Rock the Park 2024 dates are July 10–13, 2024. With Neil Young abandoning the remaining dates of their concert tour, Bryan Adams will take over for Crazy Horse, according to an announcement made by promoters on June 26, 2024.
