Rehab Information
Rehab is an American Southern hip-hop ensemble based in the Georgian city of Warner Robins. After Jason "Brooks" Buford departed the group, Danny "Boone" Alexander continued leading the group as a quintet, and the band released seven albums. Singers Jason "Brooks" Buford and Danny "Boone" Alexander, together with producer Denny "Steaknife" Campbell, were the initial members of Rehab.
While Campbell was in prison following the release of To Whom It May Consume, Buford and Alexander were given a record deal by Epic/Sony as a duo. In 2000, the duo's debut album, Southern Discomfort, was released on the Sony label. It was a mashup of rap and rock.
Alexander sent a video to the official Rehab Facebook page on December 31, 2017, to announce the return of Rehab. He announced new songs and a tour for 2018 in the video. In addition to a complete band, he mentioned that Danny Boone and Jericho are now part of the lineup. The album Galaga was released to the public on April 12, 2019. With ONErpm's assistance, this debut album will be distributed independently. The following years saw full tours.
