Radkey Information
Radkey is an American band founded in 2010 and originated from St. Joseph, Missouri. The group was created by brothers Solomon, Dee, and Isaiah. The band is the title of their family. The trio performed its first show when they opened for Fishbone in 2011. Matt Radke is the father of the band members who worked as their manager. Under his management, the boys played with popular names such as The Offspring, Descendents, Jack White, Local H, Titus Andronicus, and a few more.
Radkey has only released two EPs since its inception. The first one came out in 2012 entitled Cat & Mouse. It was released under Adrian Grenier’s Wreckroom Records. The second one came out in 2013, Devil Fruit on Little Man Records. The trio has also worked with Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys, Drenge). Together they released their latest single named “Feed My Brain.” Later on, the team released another discography: their debut LP named Dark Black Makeup. The LP was released in August 2015.
Radkey was seen performing Out Here in My Head on Jools Holland in October 2013. The same year, the group continued touring in support of Black Joe Lewis, Drenge, and Red Fang. In 2015, the boys toured Europe and North America. They also performed at the Rock on the Range festival in Columbus, Ohio, in 2017. Some of the other notable festivals played by Radkey include Riot Fest, SXSW, Japan’s Punkspring, the U.K.’s Download Festival, Coachella Valley Music, and a few more.
