Phabullo Rodrigues da Silva (November 1, 1994) is a Brazilian singer, songwriter, and drag queen. She is professionally known as Pabllo Vittar. She was born in Sao Luis, Phabullo. She attended ballet classes during her childhood. At 13, Vittar started doing covers at school performances and family parties. She also joined a choir at a Catholic church. She soon began songwriting, and later on, Vittar decided to become a professional. Her music incorporates many other genres, but mainly, Vittar is a pop singer.
Vittar released her debut studio album entitled Vai passer Mal, which mixed elements of electronic music and Brazilian genres such as forro, funk carioca, arrocha, and tecno brega with pop. The lyrics of her songs explore different themes such as partying, self-confidence, and love.
According to Vittar, she listened to Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Donna Summer, and Aretha Franklin. After watching RuPaul's Drag Race, she became interested in Drag.
As a singer, Vittar released a few studio albums, including Nao para Nao (2018), 111 (2020), and Batidao Tropical (2021). She has appeared in films as well, such as Oitavo (2017), Cro em Familia (2018), and Emicida: Amarelo (2020).
Vittar’s television appearances include Amor & Sexo (2016-2017), A Forca do Querer (2017), Val Que Cola (2017), Prazer, Pabllo Vittar (2018), O Outro Lado do Paraiso (2018), and many others. In 2019 and 2020, She won MTV Europe Music Award for the Best Brazilian Act. She has also won the MTV Millenial Awards Brazil for Musical Act.
